For Returns:Returns on unused/unworn apparel/merchandise will be accepted for 90 days after the date of purchase for a full refund.

Incorrect Shipments:If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 7 days so it may be corrected immediately. Please call Our Wisconsin home office at 262-696-6299 for assistance.

When can I expect my order?Orders are normally shipped either via USPS or Spee-dee no later than two business days following the date the order was placed. Orders shipped via USPS are shipped by Media Mail, First Class, or Priority Mail depending on the product ordered and weight of the package.

For your informationThings to keep in mind: -Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items. -Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. -Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. -If the original payment was a check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Can I use my PO Box address?Not all orders can be delivered to a P.O. BOX. Our staff will notify a customer if a physical address is needed for their order.

Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping costs?Yes. Please place your order by calling 262-696-6299 or visiting us at: Shop Our Wisconsin 5676 Broad Street Greendale, WI 53129 Hours: 10:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday-Saturday, excluding Federal holidays.

For Exchanges:Return merchandise with the original sales receipt to the address below. Order your new merchandise by calling 262-696-6299 for assistance during regular business hours or emailing info@shopourwisconsin.com. We will process the return when your original merchandise arrives back to our office and ship your replacement items as soon as possible. You will be contacted for additional payment if your exchange request is for an item of greater value than your original order.
